The Bodhi Tree

Trimillennia have flowed since Gautama Buddha found Enlightenment while zazening under the Bodhi tree. From that day forth, every Bodhi leaf bears with its self the Tree entire. Gazing in deep wakefulness upon the sacred leaf will bring Samadhi when it does. So it is said.

The First Noble Truth

The first noble truth is this: Suffering exists. Life is full of suffering. It is the nature of Life that all Beings will face difficulties.

The Second Noble Truth

The second noble truth is this: Suffering is caused by desire, by attachment, craving and by isolation.

The Third Noble Truth

The third noble truth is this: Cessation is possible. Nirvana exists. Liberation,
Enlightenment, Freedom from desire and craving can be attained.

The Fourth Noble Truth

The fourth noble truth is this: there is an Eight-fold Path to Freedom from suffering. Follow the Path by cultivating Wisdom, Ethics and Meditation.
